Contact Us
The most valuable email you can send us is one that tells us we have a date wrong. Deadline data decays constantly, and a wrong window on a site like this one costs a student real money.
Reporting an incorrect deadline or amount
Email hello@scholarshipdates.in. To let us fix it quickly rather than write back asking questions, please include:
- The name of the scholarship, or the link to its page on this site.
- What we currently say, and what it should say instead.
- Where you saw the correct information — ideally a link to the official portal, notification PDF or department circular. This matters more than anything else in the email.
We verify every correction against the official source before changing anything. We will not amend a date on the strength of a report alone, even a convincing one, because a wrong correction is as damaging as the original error.
Reporting a broken link
Government portals are reorganised often and links rot fast. If an "apply" link takes you to a 404, a parked page or an unrelated department page, send us the scholarship name and what you saw. Broken links are usually the quickest fix we make.
Suggesting a scholarship we have missed
We are especially interested in state-level schemes, which are the hardest to track and the easiest to miss. Send the scheme name, the state or body that runs it, and a link to the official page. We add schemes only where we can confirm the details against an official source, so an official link makes the difference between a suggestion we can act on and one we cannot.
What response to expect
This is a small, independently run site, not a helpdesk. We read every email and aim to reply within a few working days, though corrections get priority over everything else. Urgent factual fixes are usually deployed within a day or two of being verified.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent information site with no connection to any government body, university or foundation. That means we cannot check your application status, recover an NSP or OTR login, chase an institute verification, explain why an application was rejected, alter your details on any portal, or tell you whether a payment is coming. Only the department or institution administering the scheme can do any of that, and contacting us first will only cost you time. For anything to do with your own application, go to the official portal listed on the scholarship's page.
We also cannot tell you when a scheme will open this year if the department has not announced it. If we knew, it would already be on the page.
